  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method, depending on the case.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items delivered.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

Non-Returnable Items
